Our Story
Model My Exit was born from firsthand experience with the challenges of cap table management and exit planning in the startup ecosystem.
After working with dozens of startups and witnessing the confusion, errors, and missed opportunities that result from inadequate equity management tools, our founder realized there had to be a better way.
Traditional solutions were either too expensive for early-stage startups or too complex for non-financial users. We set out to build a platform that combines professional-grade accuracy with startup-friendly simplicity and pricing.
